Cancellation and Refund Policy

THE AJ ZONE’s AJ AKUA EXPERIENCE Retreat is excited to have you along for this life-changing journey. Prepare your heart, mind, and body for a spiritual rebirth. Space is limited, so interested participants are encouraged to secure their space in this life-shifting experience with AJ!!

What is the cancellation and refund policy?**

Ghanaian vendors require payment for services to be rendered upfront. Once a participant is accepted and agrees to join the retreat, THE AJ ZONE Team submits payments to vendors on behalf of the participant to secure transportation, entrance fees, hotel accommodations, and other incidentals. After 48 hours of agreeing to participate in the retreat, participants are obligated to pay the full fee. This clause stands in the event of a cancellation. 

 

Participants are required to submit payments, including deposits, on the deadline dates provided by THE AJ ZONE Retreat Team. 

 

After 48 hours of submission of payment, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

** If a refund is requested after the refund grace period, participants will receive a letter reminding them of the cancellation and refund policy. If we receive a notification that the participant has disputed the charge with their bank, we will institute a dispute and the participant will no longer be allowed to attend the retreat.**
